to develop within themselves
the resources and capabilities of connection,
inwardly to their own core and spirit,
outwardly into skillfulness and connection in
and into their relation to world
to the maximum extent possible,
and then, and only then, to also,
in maintained balance,
to focus on their connections with one another,
in communication, in families and friendship,
collaboration, and community.

It will be necessary for us mutually recognize
the basis of 'civilization' as being 'civility' and 'city',
and to therefore recognize and address the immediate need
for all cities in the world
to be in ecological balance, energy balance, and social balance,
internally and externally,
in all manner of content and context relations.

Large public commons groups, at post Dunbar scales,
when needing to solve complex chronic long term problems,
to implement various forms of collective values discovery,
choice and design, and coherent collective action,
will need clear and obviously trustable/verifiable non-representative
direct distributed public self governance methodologies.
Such methods will need to ensure
that the current habits, patterns, and practices
of having private strategy use vision as a tool
to manipulate public commons culture
for private benefit and gain
(which ultimately works against life, increase death, etc)
is sufficiently suppressed in favor of
the more natural and life affirming pattern
of having public commons culture clarify and integrate vision
so as a basis for identifying and creating
a public and commons strategy
to actually solve commons problems.

It will be necessary for people to understand and recognize
the Rules for Rulers dynamic
and the Multi-polar Trap dynamic,
particularly as it shows up in nar-social behavior patterns
and social game theory,
how to recognize when public process
is getting corrupted by private actors/groups,
and what to, etc,
and why and how it is necessary
to convert intermediate power law inequities
into Gaussian distributions.
The theory and dynamics of how, in practice,
to balance between meritocracy, democracy, and consensus
will for sure be needed.

So as to address psychological and sociological biases,
it is necessary for individuals and communities
to shift their expectations and patterns of
usage of communicative action,
so as to distinguish and make appropriate use of,
in balance, of song, text, and code,
as implemented in terms of closed cycles of atoms,
open flows of energy,
and appropriate allowances of --
and sharing of --
pattern.

So as to ensure that the basis of collective choice
is sequenced correctly, in terms of dependency,
it is necessary to have ecology be recognized
as the basis for culture;
culture be/become the basis for
defining/creating/maintaining infrastructure;
and infrastructure to be the basis of/for
economic process,
such that economic process is directly reflective of,
and defined so as to be supportive of,
ecological process.

Similarly, it is to be recognized
that clear communication
is the basis of real relationships,
and that only real relationships
can be the basis of authentic agreements.

It will be necessary to clarify and establish
clean and proper relationships
between all social process and orgs
that operate as being in either in one of the domains
of market, the state, and religion;
such that market process provides a check on --
clarifying and normalizing --
value systems;
that value and virtue ethics
(of such non-gov orgs themselves)
provide a basis for, and a check on,
government regulation practices;
and that government regulations
provide a check on the excesses of markets.
In the same way as that there is to be maintained
a separation of church and state,
there is to be maintained a separation
of governance and business.

It will be necessary to establish three distinct,
inseparable, and non-interchangeable
domains of currency,
so as to support the functions of:

It will be necessary for people
to understand and recognize the inherent dynamics
of the inter-relationships of choice, change, and causation,
so that appropriate balances of individual and group
thought, feeling, and emotion
can be/become a basis for recognizing
larger scale ecological recognition
of want, need, and desire,
particularly when identifying the values,
designing the purposes,
and realizing the meanings
inherent in all of life.

It will be necessary for us to know
the true value of all of life, on this planet,
in the unique context of this universe.

It will be necessary that mankind --
the human species --
re-realize itself not as the problem,
but as the solution to an even deeper problem --
a larger than themselves need --
and act accordingly as such.
Rather than having and falsely maintaining
the illusion of technology
as if it is being in the service to man,
technology/system/strategy
is to be given in service to nature,
to the wild,
to supporting natural unconstrained evolution,
so that nature can actually and more gently
support life,
inclusive of mankind,
and all other species,
in commons.
